By accessing and using Hostzera services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.
Hostzera provides web hosting services including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, SSL certificates, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime. In the event we fail to meet this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA policy. Scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our control are excluded from this guarantee.
Hostzera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
